Delivery & Shipping Policy

This Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with The Kali Boutique. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable) once your order has been shipped.

2. UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 2–7 working days from dispatch – 4 GBP
  • Express Delivery: 1–4 working days from dispatch – 6.50 GBP
    Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays beyond our control.

3. International Delivery

We ship worldwide to most destinations.

3.1 Shipping Costs

  • International shipping costs are charged at a flat fee of 10 GBP.
  • Additional charges such as import duties, customs fees, or taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
    3.2 Customs and Import Duties
  • Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your local customs office.
  • The Kali Boutique is not responsible for these charges or any delays caused by customs.
  • If you refuse a delivery due to customs charges, we will deduct the return shipping and any additional fees from your refund.
    3.3 Delivery Times
  • Estimated delivery times for international orders are 7–21 working days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
    3.4 Tracking
  • All international shipments include tracking where possible. Tracking details will be provided via email.
  • Some destinations may have limited tracking availability once parcels enter their domestic postal system.
    3.5 Restricted Items and Destinations
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items comply with local import regulations.
  • If an item is returned to us due to customs restrictions, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return fees.

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order has not arrived within the timeframes above (30 working days for international orders), please contact us at hello@thekaliboutique.com.

We will investigate with the courier; however, we are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • For international returns, we recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
